Deirdre,
You were absolutely amazing at our wedding!! Your voice is so beautiful, it brought tears to our eyes. We couldn't have found someone more fitting for our special day!! The accoustic song that you spontaneously played during the marriage license signing, made us dance in joy. Thank you so very much for making our Wedding Ceremony so wonderful and memorable!

I don't know why I thought of this.. probably I heard something on the jazz station I play at work that reminded me.. There can't be more than one musician named Corey Kaup... can there? When I was growing up in New York, I knew a piano player with that name. He wrote me something he called Frenchy Coolbreeze, his name for me. I always wondered what happened to him. Just curious.. -Francesca

Hi Deidre,
we came to St. Johns on Palm Sunday, you sounded beautiful, bringing tears to my eyes. Man I love that church, my son James was even reading along(finally)which made me more comfortable and able to enjoy the reading. Christmas was also beautiful. I wish I could move back to N.Y. just to ba able to go to St. Johns each week. Maybe it's the church itself that brings out the love from everyone?I don't know but I love it there, the priests, you, the people. Thanks again for making my Sunday so special. Jonathan

Hi Deirdre:
Stumbled across your site. . .and like Stephen I was also directed by your Mom is high school musicals. When you were a freshman and I was a sophmore (1980), you played Woodstock to my Snoopy in "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown." My mom still has the photos somewhere at home!
You are very talented, and I wish you all the best.

I had the good fortune of knowing you in high school and being directed by your Mother in a few productions. Remember The King and I from 1982? I came accross you by accident on google. I don't expect you to remember me--but a belated thanks for always being nice to the gawky quiet kid. Best of Luck to you with your music.

We are kind of spoiled here in the Nashville, TN area with so many talented songwriters and artists that live in the area. Not just country, we have a wealth of other styles of music as well.
As you know, I mainly stick with oldies and Carolina Beach Music but I do play other talent now and then, especially if they have done good covers. A good version of a great old song will catch my attention first, and make me want to listen to a new song recorded by the artist.
I have to say again, your covers are great! I love the original material, too. Great vocals, great muscianship and great arrangements. Keep on sending me the goods!
Of the new artists that I have introduced on my show, you are one of only three that I get requests for.
Keep it up!
Best wishes,
"Daddy-O"

I've always wondered what that sweet angelic voice did outside of St. John the Martyr Catholic Church. I can't wait to come to one of your performances! You are so talented and amazing-I pray for much success for you in your career. God Bless:)

Oh that velvet frog - that timless chocolate mooose! Very impressive site. I particularly like your writing style.
You should have links to CD Baby on every page so that people can get right to the CD purchase page at any time. The "join the email list" overlaps information at the top of several pages. It is confusing to have non-playable pieces mixed in with your playable samples on the Music page.
All in all it is an excellent and effective website. My favorite part is the link to Nothingness Theory - thank you.
I'm Corey Kaup (and so are you) ...isn't everybody?
